The Menu Tool has been removed, along with its public API endpoint. As a result, the following endpoints no longer exist:

❌ GET /api/v1/menus/:channelHandle?
❌ GET /api/beta/menus/:channelHandle?
❌ GET /api/2025-03/menus/:channelHandle?
